MOB made a strong impact at the 13th Nigeria Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association (NLPGA) Conference, held from November 7th to 8th, 2023, at the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Towers in Abuja. Themed “LPGAS: Saving Nigeria from the Brink; Gas for Vehicle, Generator, and Agriculture,” the event brought together leading voices in the LPG sector to discuss solutions for a sustainable energy future.
The CEO of MOB and Better Gas, Gbolahan ‘GK’ Obanikoro’s participation in the Panel Discussion on “Technology in LPG: Opportunities for the Next Generation” reinforced the company’s position as a leader and an innovator in the Nigerian LPG industry by highlighting the transformative role of technology in the LPG sector, citing the example of the mobile apps – the MOB Gas app and the Better Gas app – and our automated facilities. He emphasized the need for innovations in the sector to stay ahead, make access to LPG easier and more accessible to all while providing job opportunities for skilled professionals.
MOB’s exhibition booth was a hub of activity throughout the conference, attracting over 50 visitors and receiving significant interest in the Better Gas cylinder exchange model and the company’s innovative Micro Distribution Centers across Abuja.
Through its active participation, MOB Services continues to drive the future of LPG in Nigeria, creating new avenues for growth and development within the energy sector.
